Chris DeMille, P.E., S.E. has been involved in construction since he was a young man and during his construction career was responsible for many residential and small commercial projects where he learned how to build projects efficiently and accurately. After sustaining a back injury he returned to school and excelled graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Utah State University. After starting his career in Engineering, he focused his efforts on Structural Design and soon found that his construction experience helped him excel in design, detailing and in construction management. Being able to communicate with the contractors gave him an edge in his field and his clients soon learned his strengths. After gaining the experience as well as the NCEES certifications for Professional Engineer and Structural Engineer, running his own company became the only option. He is now licensed and practices in Utah (Civil and Structural), Nevada (Civil and Structural), Arizona (Structural) and Colorado (Professional – Civil and Structural).
